Club Policies

1. Membership Policy

Membership is open to individuals of all age groups, subject to club approval.
All members must complete the registration process with valid details.
Membership cards are non-transferable and must be presented when entering the club.
Fees must be paid on time as per the chosen membership plan.

2. Code of Conduct

Members and guests are expected to behave respectfully with staff, coaches, and fellow members.
Offensive language, harassment, or misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated.
Proper sports attire and footwear must be worn while using sports facilities.

3. Facility Usage Policy

Facilities must be used only during the club’s official timings.
Advance booking may be required for certain facilities like courts, swimming pool, or events.
Members must handle equipment responsibly; any damage caused intentionally may incur a penalty.
Food and beverages are not allowed in play zones, gym, or pool areas.

4. Safety & Health Policy

Members must undergo a basic fitness check before starting gym or sports training programs.
Children must be accompanied by parents/guardians unless enrolled in supervised training.
Lifeguards and safety staff must be obeyed at all times in the swimming area.
In case of injury, immediate reporting to the staff is mandatory.

5. Training & Coaching Policy

Only authorized coaches/trainers approved by the club may conduct training sessions.
Members are encouraged to attend sessions regularly to see progress.
The club reserves the right to reassign coaches based on availability and scheduling.

6. Events & Tournaments Policy

Members are encouraged to participate in events organized by the club.
Registration for events must be done in advance.
The club has the right to change dates, venues, or rules depending on circumstances.

7. Payment & Refund Policy

Membership and training fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are only applicable in exceptional cases, subject to management approval.
Late fee payments may lead to suspension of services.

8. Guest Policy

Members may bring guests by paying applicable guest charges.
Guests must follow all club rules and regulations.
The member introducing the guest will be responsible for their conduct.

9. Privacy Policy

Personal information of members is kept confidential and used only for club operations.
We do not share or sell member data to third parties without consent.

10. General Policy

The club management reserves the right to modify rules and policies at any time.
All members are required to follow updated guidelines as communicated by the club.
